Third generation homebuilder and founder of the company, Jim Furcini received a Construction Engineering Degree from the renowned Del E. Webb School of Engineering at Arizona State University in 1974. In 1976 Jim applied for a B-2 General Contracting License and was the first contractor under Arizona law allowed to apply a four-year degree against (2) years of the four-year practical experience requirement for Arizona contractors. Furcini Construction Corporation is licensed to build any kind of structure, residential or commercial. Since 1978 Furcini Construction Corporation has built office warehouses, retail stores, tenant improvements, custom homes and custom renovations of all types and scopes. It is this diverse experience, which has helped Furcini Construction Corporation to evolve into one of Arizona's most innovative and capable residential construction firms.
